As much as I hate losing an hour of sleep during Daylight Saving Time, I do prefer the extra daylight in the evenings. Now that I’ve become more active, those hours become much more important.
I’ll be changing my workout schedule next week to M-W-F at the gym, and Tuesdays and Thursdays I’ll be walking at the beach down the street from my office. On gym nights there will still be enough daylight to take a walk or bike ride if I so desire. Just until it gets too hot and buggy out to walk in the evenings.
